Having a baby means making many choices. One of the most important and far-reaching ones you make is about the best way to feed your new baby. As parents we want to make the best choice we can in everything we do for our children. And breastfeeding IS the natural choice. The special loving bond between you and your breastfed baby is only the beginning. As you watch your baby grow and develop, fed only on your breastmilk, you can be proud of your body's ability to continue nourishing him as it did during your pregnancy.

Pain Management:
http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/seniors-aines/pubs/expression/expintro_e.htm

Seniors are more likely than other age groups to suffer with untreated pain even though effective medical and non-medical options are available. This issue of Expression asks why, and suggests a number of strategies to obtain satisfaction in managing pain and regaining quality of life.

http://ecn.ab.ca/cpac/
A grass roots organization that has grown because of a desperate need for relief of chronic pain. Thousands of humans are crying in agony with unrelenting pain that has no end. With the proper education and the most up to date treatment, there is no need to suffer so much.

Pain Net Inc. http://www.painnet.com/
PAIN NET, INC. strongly disagrees with the prevalent philosophy that those experiencing chronic pain need to "learn to live with it", as it is aware that there are often positive alternatives which invalidate such a philosophy. The goal of PAIN NET, INC. is to educate the providers to access the positive state of the art, diagnostic, therapeutic, medical options and make them available to patients who are in need.
