Bookings
The best way to ensure availability of staff is to notify us as soon as you know you need coverage. This enables us to book your preferred care provider and have them there on time. (Some families book a week ahead for planned events.) Please book all hours with the office & always contact the office to make changes to time reserved, so that we can invoice you correctly and pay care providers accurately. If you end up in voicemail mark your message urgent by pressing 1 when you finish recording and following directions.
Follow-up
At the end of the first day of service we ask you to call us to discuss your assessment of how well we have met your family's needs. Occasionally we ask you to complete feedback forms. We care about the quality of care provided, and only those who continue to meet your standards and ours continue to have access to assignments. If you were happy with our service we would like to know. If you are unhappy we need to know! Our goal is to reduce worry and stress, not add to it!
